Disclaimer: Our Diagnostic Fee is $149.99.

This fee is applied at all times if the issue we find is not included in a warranty we provided related to a previous part we’ve installed. please consult us for details with your warranty. additional fees will be applied for repairs and services that are not included.

1. Safety and Restricted Areas

  • Mechanic Bays Access: For safety reasons, customers are not permitted in the mechanic bays or repair areas. Our service bays contain equipment and tools that may pose a risk. Please remain in the designated waiting area while your vehicle is being serviced.
  • Authorized Personnel Only: Only authorized personnel are allowed in the repair areas. This policy helps prevent accidents and ensures that our technicians can work efficiently.

2. Appointments and Vehicle Drop-Off

  • Appointment Scheduling: We recommend scheduling an appointment in advance to ensure prompt service. Walk-ins are welcome but may be subject to wait times.
  • Vehicle Drop-Off: Please provide your vehicle keys and any relevant information about your service needs when you drop off your vehicle. If you have special instructions, let us know at this time.

3. Service Estimates and Authorization

  • Estimates: We will provide a written estimate for services before any work begins. If additional repairs are needed, we will contact you to discuss and obtain your authorization.
  • Authorization: No work will be performed without your prior approval via email or text. If you are waiting on your vehicle, please review and sign the authorization form before we commence any repairs.
  • Parts: Please note: We do not accept customer-supplied parts. All parts used for repairs and services must be supplied by our shop to ensure quality and warranty coverage.

4. Payment and Charges

  • Payment Methods: We accept cash, Credit and Debit. Payment is due upon completion of service. NO EXCEPTIONS.
  • Charges: Charges will be based on the work performed as per the provided estimate or any additional work authorized by you.

5. Customer Responsibilities

  • Accurate Information: Please provide accurate information about your vehicle and its issues. This helps us diagnose and repair your vehicle effectively.
  • Pickup Timeliness: Ensure timely pickup of your vehicle once repairs are complete. Vehicles left beyond 3 days may incur storage fees.

6. Complaints and Disputes

  • Feedback: We value your feedback. If you have any concerns or complaints, please address them with our service manager. We strive to resolve issues promptly and to your satisfaction.
  • Dispute Resolution: If a dispute arises, we are committed to resolving it through open communication. Should formal resolution be necessary, we may seek mediation or arbitration.

7. Insurance and Liability

  • Insurance Coverage: Our shop carries liability insurance to cover damage that may occur while your vehicle is in our care. Please review our insurance policy in detail.
  • Customer’s Insurance: If your repair is related to an insurance claim, please coordinate with your insurance provider to ensure all necessary documentation is completed.

8. Personal Belongings

  • Responsibility: N.E.N is not responsible for personal belongings left in the vehicle. Please remove all valuables before leaving your vehicle with us.

9. Privacy Policy

  • Confidentiality: We respect your privacy and will handle all personal information in accordance with our privacy policy. Your information is used solely for servicing your vehicle and related communication.

10. Changes to Policy

  • Policy Updates: We may update this policy periodically. Please check our website or inquire at our office for the latest version.
